The website www.calculegal.it is an informative web platform that provides automated tools for the preliminary estimation of personal injury compensation, based on official tabular parameters (Milan Court Tables, National Unique Tables, Art. 139 of the Insurance Code).

Fundamental disclaimer — The site is not a law firm. It does not provide legal advice, professional opinions, technical appraisals, or defensive activities under Art. 2 of Law December 31, 2012, no. 247 (Forensic Professional Law). The estimates produced by the calculators are preliminary, orientative, and non-binding. They cannot be produced in court as evidentiary documents.

Intellectual property

Law 633/1941

All content published on this site — including but not limited to texts, graphics, icons, design, layout, source code, calculation algorithms, the methodology for translating tabular parameters into computational logic, and the CalcuLegal trademark — are protected by copyright law (Law April 22, 1941, no. 633) and industrial property law (Leg. Decree February 10, 2005, no. 30).

The reproduction, even partial, of the site's contents without the prior written authorization of the Operator is prohibited.

Reverse engineering, decompilation, or extraction of proprietary calculation algorithms is prohibited.

The use of the CalcuLegal trademark, logo, or abacus as an identifying element in unauthorized products, services, or communications is prohibited.

Automated scraping of site content for commercial purposes or systematic reuse is prohibited.

Third-party content The tabular parameters used in the calculators (Milan Court Tables, National Unique Tables, Art. 139 Insurance Code, Balthazar Formula) are in the public domain or derived from official regulatory sources. Their integration into CalcuLegal's proprietary algorithmic methodology constitutes an independent and protected intellectual work.

Limitation of liability

The Operator does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the information contained on the site. The contents are provided purely for informational and orientative purposes.

The Operator is not liable for decisions made by the user based on the estimates produced by the Service.

The Operator is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the Service or the entry of inaccurate or incomplete data.

The Operator is not liable for the content of external websites reachable through any links present on the site.

The Operator is not liable for interruptions, malfunctions, or temporary unavailability of the Service due to technical, maintenance, or force majeure causes.

The Operator is not liable for the failure to comply with the statute of limitations by the user who has not promptly consulted a legal professional.

Pursuant to Articles 14–17 of Leg. Decree 70/2003, the Operator is exempt from liability for the content transmitted or stored at the user's request, within the limits and conditions provided by current regulations on electronic commerce.

The Operator is committed to updating the calculation parameters promptly in the event of regulatory changes, updates to liquidation tables, or significant jurisprudential modifications.

Commitment to update — Tabular parameters (Milan Tables, TUN, IVASS, Art. 139 Insurance Code) are verified and updated upon every official revision. The date of the last update for each calculator is indicated within the calculator itself.

Despite the commitment to update, the Operator does not guarantee that the parameters used are perfectly aligned at all times with the latest jurisprudential pronouncements or the most recent ministerial circulars. For this reason, the estimate always remains orientative, and consulting an updated professional is always recommended.

Third-party resources

The site contains links to external institutional resources, in particular to the website of the National Forensic Council, the Privacy Guarantor, the Postal Police, and other public bodies. These links are provided for informational purposes and public utility.

The Operator has no control over the content of such sites and cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy, or regulatory compliance over time. The presence of a link does not imply any recommendation or endorsement of the external site's content by the Operator.

Note on the choice of institutional links The links to Partner Firms present in the dedicated modal point exclusively to direct email addresses — not to the firms' websites. This choice is consistent with the Privacy by Design principle: third-party law firm websites may not adopt the same technical standards as CalcuLegal regarding data protection.
