Digital damage doesn't always have an immediate economic value. Sometimes the more urgent question is: how serious is what I suffered, and do I have the evidence to prove it?

Orientation service

If you want to speak
with a lawyer.

CalcuLegal is an informative tool. If you wish to look deeper into your position with a professional, we transparently provide you with the necessary references.

The primary reference remains the National Register maintained by the National Forensic Council.
You can request the availability of a Partner Firm exclusively upon your explicit initiative.
Partner firms are committed to providing an initial indicative feedback promptly.
Contact process
Explicit consent
The transmission of encrypted data occurs only if you voluntarily decide to request a contact.
Immediate notification
The system forwards your request to the competent firm, which will assess whether to take charge of the file.
Autonomy and choice
You are always free to revoke the request or turn to any other professional of your trust.
Direct relationship
From the first contact, the professional relationship is direct and exclusive between you and the lawyer, without intermediaries.
Privacy by Design — Art. 25 GDPR

Your data is protected.
By design.

We don't just rely on policies. Data protection is built into the technical structure of the system. Not even we, as platform managers, can access your data in plain text.

During the simulation, no identifying data is requested or stored. The calculation phase is fully anonymous.
The calculation engine operates server-side: proprietary algorithms are never exposed to the client browser.
The system monitors exclusively management metadata (SLA timestamps and file status) — never the contents of communications.
Contact data encryption flow
Encryption at rest — AES-GCM 256 bit
Identifying data is encrypted with a symmetric AES-GCM 256 key generated uniquely for each file. Never stored in plain text on the database.
Key segregation — RSA-OAEP 4096 bit
The session key is encrypted with RSA-OAEP 4096 bit using the public key of the receiving lawyer. Every professional has their own key pair.
Exclusive access to the professional + MFA
The private key resides in an encrypted Vault accessible only to the receiving lawyer, following multi-factor authentication. Only they can decrypt your data.
Transparency on our model

Free for you,
clear on everything else.

We believe that a tool meant to protect people should be accessible without conditions. That is why the simulation has no costs, requires no registration, and hides nothing. Here's how it really works.

The simulation is completely free
All four calculators, the Reputation Radar, and the final report are accessible without payment, without subscription, and without registration. No function is reserved for a paid version.
If you want a lawyer, we orient you
Only if you wish, and only upon your explicit consent, we put you in contact with a lawyer registered with the Bar. You can always choose independently by consulting the National Forensic Council.
When the lawyer contacts you, our role ends
From the moment you receive the first contact from the professional, the relationship is exclusively between you and them. CalcuLegal does not intervene, does not monitor subsequent communications, and has no interest in the management of your case.
CalcuLegal is not a legal intermediary.
It is an instrument of orientation and awareness, designed to give people back the ability to understand before acting.
Our only interest is that you reach a professional with clear ideas. What happens next, and how your legal case is managed, belongs exclusively to the fiduciary relationship between you and your lawyer — a relationship that CalcuLegal does not enter and does not intend to enter.
Compliance and deontology
Compliant with the Forensic Deontological Code
No misleading advertising regarding results
Preliminary estimate: never presented as legal advice
The lawyer's professional independence is always protected
Frequently Asked Questions

Have any doubts?
Quick answers here.

No. The calculator provides a preliminary orientative estimate, based on the entered data and the damage liquidation tables. Its reliability depends on the completeness and truthfulness of the information provided. It does not constitute legal advice, it does not bind the parties, and it cannot be produced in court as an expert opinion. Only an appointed lawyer can express a professional evaluation.
Yes. The simulation is completely free for the user, in all its components: calculators, Reputation Radar, and the final report. No registration is required, neither now nor in the future. There is no paid version of CalcuLegal. Being free is not a temporary promotion: it is a definitive design choice, motivated by the informative and non-commercial nature of the tool.
Absolutely yes. CalcuLegal offers transversal tools, designed for both private individuals and legal entities. Our calculation areas (active or in development) cover corporate issues such as Employment Law, Environmental Law, and Contracts. They are tools specifically designed for managers, HR, entrepreneurs, and professionals who need to evaluate in advance their company's economic exposure to fines, disputes, compensations, or compliance costs (e.g., Model 231).
Yes. During the simulation, no identifying data is requested. If you decide to request a consultation with a law firm, your data is encrypted with AES-GCM 256 bit, and the access key is available exclusively to the receiving lawyer, following multi-factor authentication. Not even the platform managers can access your data in plain text.
CalcuLegal is an informative service, not a law firm or a professional intermediary. It does not perform defensive activities, does not provide legal advice, and does not establish any professional relationship with the user.

If at the end of the simulation you wish to speak with a lawyer, you can independently choose a professional registered with the Bar through the official register of the National Forensic Council. Alternatively, only upon your explicit consent, you can request to forward your file to one of the partner firms through our orientation service.

In that case, partner firms commit to evaluating your request promptly to provide you with an initial feedback. From the moment of the first contact, the professional relationship is direct and exclusive between you and the lawyer. CalcuLegal does not participate in the management of the case, has no access to documentation, does not interfere in communications, and receives no compensation linked to the outcome of the case.
You receive the summary of the estimate, broken down by items of damage. If you wish to speak with a lawyer, you can request to be put in contact through CalcuLegal's informative service — only with your explicit consent. Alternatively, you can autonomously consult the official register on the website of the National Forensic Council.
Statutes of limitations vary based on the nature of the damage and the legal qualification of the offense. As an indication: for Auto Liability the term is generally 5 years; for medical error and civil liability, it is generally 10 years from the event. It is always advisable to promptly consult a professional to evaluate the specific case and, if appropriate, interrupt the running of the statute of limitations.

Understand your situation.
Before making any other decision.

A free, anonymous, and no-obligation preliminary estimate. No registration required. If you want to speak with a lawyer afterward, we will show you how to find one registered with the Bar — after which our role is concluded.
